Avoiding Camel Toe (Yup. I said it.)

Avoiding Camel Toe (Yup. I said it.)

If you are a female performer or dancer who has to wear leotards or tights and you are concerned that your lady-bits may be more highlighted than you are comfortable with, may I recommend wearing a pantyliner? It prevents crack attacks, doesn’t show through your clothes and will ease your mind even as it allows you to be more physically comfortable.

I used to be so self-conscious about my favorite pants for hooping. Figuring this out helped me be a lot more comfortable in every way. I know it’s a weird thing to talk about. I was just like, “People should know this. It’s so helpful.”

My friend Zach tells me this is also good for guys who wear spandex outfits and choose to tuck! Wonderful way to keep everything smooth and out of the way.

There is also a product you can buy that fits comfortably, does not absorb water, and can even be worn in a bathing suit. It’s called a Cuchini (Camel Not is another brand) and it fits comfortably in your underwear. This is what contestants in beauty pageants wear. You can learn more about them here: http://www.cuchini.com/

Finally, never under-estimate the power of social panties! They cover a multitude of sins.
